卡前列甲酯栓联合Bakri球囊用于产后止血的效果分析

摘要：目的：探讨卡前列甲酯栓联合Bakri球囊在产后出血患者中的止血效果。方法：选取2019年2月至2021年2月收治的86例产后出血患者，按随机数字表法分为两组，每组43例。对照组予以Bakri球囊治疗，观察组加用卡前列甲酯栓治疗，两组均治疗24 h。分析两组止血效果、生命体征变化、血红蛋白水平、出血量及不良事件发生情况。结果：观察组止血有效率95.3%高于对照组81.4%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）均低于治疗前，且观察组SBP、DBP低于对照组；两组心率、血氧饱和度（SaO2）、血红蛋白均高于治疗前，且观察组心率、SaO2和血红蛋白高于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗2 h和24 h后，观察组出血量少于对照组，不良事件发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：卡前列甲酯栓联合Bakri球囊可增强产后止血效果，降低产后不良事件发生风险。

Effect of methyl carboprost suppository combined with Bakri balloon for postpartum hemostasis

Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of methyl carboprost suppository combined with Bakriballoon for postpartum hemostasis. Methods: 86 patients with postpartum hemostasis admitted from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and randomized into two groups, each with 43 cases. The control group were treated with Bakri balloon, while the observation group were treated with methyl carboprost suppository on the basis of the treatment for the control group. Both groups were treated fortwenty four hours. Then, the hemostatic effect, changes in vital signs, hemoglobin level, blood loss andadverse events were compared between both groups. Results: The hemostatic effective rate of observation group was 95.3%, higher than 81.4% of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after treatment, the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and also lower than those in the control group; the heartrate, oxygen saturation(SaO2), and hemoglobin in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and higher than those of the control group(P<0.05); two hours and twenty four hours after treatment, theamount of blood loss in observation group was less than that in control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Methyl carboprost suppository combined with Bakri balloon can enhance postpartum hemostasis and reduce the risk of postpartum adverse events.
